Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

If the unconstitutional FEC makes any rules that violate my First Amendment right to be unlimited in my expression by "no law," I will not obey those rules.

I can keep to my pledge a hell of alot easier than the government has kept to its pledge.
